As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve spent my career walking alongside people through some of the hardest moments of their lives: struggles with mental health, the weight of addiction, the instability of not having a safe place to call home. What I’ve learned is simple but powerful—healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just a single problem.

That belief is the heart of Second Chance Community Health. Here, your mental health care, your medical care, and your path to stable housing aren’t separate errands you have to juggle alone. We bring them together under one roof, with a team that actually knows you and sees where you’re headed.

My approach is grounded in respect. You are the expert on your own life. My job is to listen closely, meet you exactly where you are, and help you build the practical steps toward the future you want—whether that’s steadier days, reconnecting with what matters to you, or finally having keys to your own door.

This work is meaningful to me because I’ve seen what’s possible when someone is given real support and genuine belief in their potential. Recovery, stability, and dignity aren’t luxuries—they’re things every person deserves. I’m honored to be part of that journey with you.
