Scope of Support
Our Housing & Stability program offers a comprehensive continuum of services designed to meet you where you are and support your journey toward permanent housing and independence.
Transitional Housing
Safe, temporary housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Our facilities provide private or semi-private accommodations with access to meals, laundry, and essential amenities.
What’s Included:
- 30-90 day stays with potential extensions based on progress
- Private or shared rooms with secure storage
- Daily meals and nutritional support
- Onsite laundry and hygiene facilities
- 24/7 security and support staff presence
- Transportation assistance to appointments
Average Stay: 60-75 days with 85% successful transition rate
Supportive Housing
Long-term housing with integrated support services for individuals with complex needs including chronic health conditions, disabilities, or ongoing behavioral health treatment. Permanent supportive housing combines affordability with wraparound care.

- Individual apartments with lease agreements
- Affordable rent based on income (30% of income)
- Ongoing case management and life skills support
- Coordination with medical and behavioral health services
- Community activities and peer support groups
- Employment and education assistance
Housing Retention: 92% remain stably housed after 12 months
Intensive Case Management
Your dedicated case manager serves as your advocate, navigator, and partner throughout your housing journey. They coordinate all aspects of your care and connect you to essential community resources.

Individualized goals and action steps tailored to your unique situation and aspirations

Weekly meetings during transitional phase, monthly for supportive housing residents
Crisis Support
24/7 on-call support for housing emergencies and urgent needs

Eligibility & What to Expect
Our program is designed to be accessible and welcoming. Here’s what you need to know about eligibility and the intake process.
Who Can Access Services
We serve individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Nevada. Our program has minimal barriers to entry because we believe everyone deserves support.
General Eligibility:
- Currently experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Residing in or able to relocate to Nevada
- 18 years or older (families with children welcome)
- Willing to work with case management team
- No income requirements or insurance needed
Priority Populations:
Veterans, chronically homeless individuals, families with children, those exiting institutions, and survivors of domestic violence receive priority placement.
Important: We do not discriminate based on criminal history, substance use history, immigration status, or ability to pay.
The Intake Process
We’ve designed our intake process to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Here’s what happens from your first contact to move-in.
Initial Contact
Call, walk-in, or referral from partner agency. We’ll schedule a brief phone screening (15-20 minutes).
Same-day or next-day response
Comprehensive Assessment
Meet with a case manager for a holistic assessment covering housing history, health needs, and goals (1-2 hours).
Within 3-5 days of initial contact
Placement & Move-In
Receive housing assignment, orientation, welcome kit, and meet your support team. We help with transportation.
Within 7-14 days of assessment
Ongoing Support
Regular case management meetings, skill-building workshops, and connections to medical and behavioral health services.
Throughout your stay and beyond
Emergency Situations: If you’re in immediate crisis, we offer same-day emergency shelter placement with expedited intake.

We want your intake to go smoothly. While none of these items are required to receive services, having them can help expedite the process.

Proof of Income
Pay stubs, benefit statements, or tax returns help determine eligibility for financial assistance.
Medical Records
Current medications, diagnosis information, and insurance cards help coordinate your healthcare.
Veteran Documentatio
DD-214 or VA benefits information unlocks additional veteran-specific housing resources.
Custody Documents
For families with children, custody papers or birth certificates may be helpful for certain programs.
